Questioning the graph

The educational psychologist, Benjamin Bloom, conducted research into classification of learning objectives. Bloom's taxonomy was developed to demonstrate the different levels of learning and understanding. In its original form it shows six different levels, however it is now common to regard the final three as different cognitive skills of similar level, rather than a definite progression.

An understanding of the progression represented in the taxonomy is useful in assessing the effectiveness of questions which are inrended to promote a greater understanding of a subject.

How could we apply this model to questions based on graphs?
